None country has been saved from the devastating impact of global crisis. But the Asian markets, in the recent times have been hot really hard by the global financial crunch. The market analysts have informed that the downturn in the Asian market has pushed the investors to withdraw themselves from investing.
The trend of the investors of withdrawing is not witnessed every year. Therefore, it is a matter of concern for the market analysts. It has been informed that this year the market of Japan and China witnessed a slop of 24% and 23% respectively.
The downturn in Asian market is highlighting that soon, the global financial crisis will witness yet another slump which will impact the world economy more severely than before. Electronic giant Samsung informed that because of global meltdown, the company might witness a 14% decline in its sale this year.
There is no doubt that the Asian markets are facing huge financial challenge. However, they are also finding it not that difficult to combat with the challenges. But, a recent decision by the banks of increasing the interest rates has marred their growth. The Asian markets are highlighting the potential threat of global recession.
